Request a Training

If you are interested in hosting a Passenger Assistance Techniques (PAT) training session at your facility, please complete the form below. The PAT training is an all-day training from 9:00-5:00. Upon submission, the NHRTAP staff will review your information and reach out to discuss scheduling and to provide additional information.

Please refer to the following requirements to determine if your agency has the capacity to host a training:

HOST AGENCY REQUIREMENTS

Please check each item listed below to ensure your agency will be able to accommodate training needs:

☐ Classroom big enough to comfortably host 12 participants

☐ Projector and screen (or white wall) OR TV that can be hooked up to a laptop

☐ Extension cord

☐ HDMI and/or other cables needed for presentation hook-up

☐ WiFi access

☐ Accessible vehicle with lift (2 vehicles if available)

☐ Two standard wheelchairs

☐ Available parking
