Welcome!

Welcome to the new and improved website for the New Hampshire Rural Technical Assistance Program (NHRTAP)!

As of April 1, 2024, the NHRTAP website will be suspended pending NHDOT’s entering a new contract with an RTAP consultant. Estimated timeframe is fall 2024.

Please note the following:

  • No new scholarship applications will be accepted.
  • The training program/calendar will be placed on hold. No new trainings will be offered. However, drivers are still required to be trained. Please contact NHDOT to identify alternative training opportunities.
  • The website’s information and resources will remain available, but static. The website will not be updated regularly with current news or new resources.

NHDOT’s contract with our NHRTAP consultant (with RLS & Associates, Inc.) expires March 31, 2024.

NHRTAP will continue through NHDOT, but on a limited basis. Please contact Cathy Cormier, NHDOT Transit Compliance Specialist, should you have any questions or need assistance. Thank you for your patience during this time.
